Is Vizimarks installed correctly?

If you ran the install program and have subsequently closed and restarted your browser, you should find new options on your browser context menu.  Place your mouse over the Vizimarks logo at the top of this page and click the right mouse button.  Your context menu should now appear - towards the bottom of this menu you should see a number of new choices (as highlighted in yellow in the image to the right of this page).

If you see these extra menu choices then Vizimarks is correctly installed - if not, you will need to reinstall.

If you see the new choices you could experiment with adding the logo to your scrapbook by choosing "Add To myVizimarks", alternatively if you click here you will be taken through the process of adding your first cutting step by step.

Vizimarks is not installed - how do I reinstall?

You must be logged in to install - click here to login.  After you login, reload this window by pressing the refresh/reload button in your browser.

After you have read these instructions, click the Install Vizimarks button below.  In the pop-up windows which then appear, follow the instructions for running or opening the program.  After you run the program you should see a little message box that tells you that your successfully installed the extensions.  If you do not see this message you may not have run the program correctly.

If you have a 'download manager' like NetZip installed - remember you must run the program you download.

To complete the installation, close all your browser windows and then restart the browser.

IMPORTANT - in Netscape 6 (or Mozilla) you must have write access to the directory in which Netscape was installed. If you encounter any difficulties in installing please contact us.

After you install (and have closed and restarted your browser) return to this page and if the installation was successful, when you right-click over the logo at the top of this page, your context menu should have the extra options highlighted above.
