This is typical Vizimarks scrapbook page showing a collection of visual bookmarks - in this case a collection of newspaper mastheads. When a user clicks on a link they are taken to the current online edition of the paper.
These visual bookmarks can be freely arranged on the screen - adding to the collection is as easy as visiting a new web site and right clicking the mouse over an image that would make a suitable visual bookmark!
